Elected in November 2011, Jason is a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, serving his second term on the Niagara County Legislature in the 5th district, representing the City of Niagara Falls and Town of Niagara. He resides in the Deveaux section of the city with his wife Danielle, daughter Gabriella and son Lucas. Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Buffalo St and has been employed by the Niagara Falls Fire Department for twelve years, currently serving as a Captain in downtown Niagara Falls. Prior, he spent 12 years as a paramedic working in private sector emergency medical services.
Jason has also served on the Niagara County Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Niagara Falls Education Foundation. He is a past member of the Executive Committee's of Niagara Falls Firefighters Local 714 and IAEP Local 394 SEIU. He has been a member of the Niagara County Democratic Committee since 2008. Jason currently sits on the legislature's economic development, community safety and security committees and the Fire Advisory Board. He will be seeking a third term representing the 5th district in November 2015.
